Gangsta Rammus and a Custom Vlad Wallpaper

Really starting to get the hang of GIMP though I still prefer Photoshop as it has many advanced features that automate things I have to do manually in GIMP. Still this Vlad wallpaper came out looking rather nice using only GIMP.

    I couldn't play as Vlad in the whole free Vlad week. People keep instalocking. I like the rammus background btw, so relaxing.
